Information on SHIPPING / COLLECTION IN STORE / HOME DELIVERY
Euphoria Artigiana is a small and ARTISAN company.
Each product is made and packaged COMPLETELY BY HAND.
Each order requires processing times of approximately 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a notification.
Shipping times depend on some controllable factors, such as the collection of the package to be sent, and on some non-controllable factors, such as delays in delivery by the courier.
Euphoria Artigiana is committed to creating packaging suitable for shipping in order to protect the contents; However, we cannot be responsible for how your package is handled by the couriers but we will be happy to help you with any problems relating to shipping. Together we will find an optimal and satisfactory solution!
Domestic shipping rates and estimates
Rates for national shipments will be calculated as follows:

Order processing times vary from 1 to 4 working days (excluding holidays and weekdays).
Once your order is ready, you will be notified with a notification that your order is ready to ship. You will then receive the tracking number which will allow you to monitor your shipment.

Home delivery will be made in the following time slot:

Once you have placed your order and selected PICK UP IN STORE during checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 2-4 working days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
we ship throughout Europe.
The shipping cost is 20€.

How can I check the status of an order?
When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive the order within 7/10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at euphoriaartigiana@gmail.com specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for unused items in original condition and will refund the full amount of the order, minus return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please inform us as soon as possible at euphoriaartigiana@gmail.com by sending your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will try to do our best to find an optimal and satisfactory solution.
